1. NOTICE OF THE RIGHT TO CANCELLATION:

RESIDENTS OF CA, FL, ID, LA, MN, NV, NH, NC, OK, PA, TN, UT, WA:

YOU MAY CANCEL THIS CONTRACT, WITHOUT ANY PENALTY OR OBLIGATION, WITHIN FIVE (5) BUSINESS DAYS AFTER THE DATE THE CONTRACT IS SIGNED.

IF YOU CANCEL, ANY PAYMENT MADE BY YOU UNDER THE CONTRACT WILL BE RETURNED WITHIN TEN (10) DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF RECEIPT BY THE SELLER OF YOUR CANCELLATION NOTICE.

TO CANCEL THIS CONTRACT, MAIL, FAX, OR DELIVER A SIGNED DATED COPY OF THE CANCELLATION NOTICE CONTAINED IN THE WRITTEN CONTRACT, OR ANY OTHER WRITTEN NOTICE, TO CHROMA CREDIT RESTORATION, LLC AT 1 CLINTON AVE SOUTH, SUITE 800, ROCHESTER, NY 14604, NOT LATER THAN MIDNIGHT OF THE 5th BUSINESS DAY AFTER YOUR ENROLLMENT PAYMENT IS RECEIVED.

RESIDENTS OF AL, AK, AZ, AR, CO, CT, DE, HI, IL, IN, IA, KY, MA, MD, MI, MS, MO, MT, NE, NJ, NM, NY, ND, OH, RI, SD, TX VT, VA, WV, WY:

YOU MAY CANCEL THIS CONTRACT, WITHOUT ANY PENALTY OR OBLIGATION, WITHIN FIVE (5) BUSINESS DAYS AFTER THE DATE THE CONTRACT IS SIGNED.

2. REFUND POLICY:

We try our best to keep our clients happy. Chroma Credit Restoration’s (CCR) service is backed by a refund policy that entitles CLIENT to a refund of CLIENT’s money if the following occurs: If no items are removed from your credit report within the first ninety (90) days. This limited guarantee applies to CLIENTS who have completed all required terms of this Agreement and fully cooperated with all CCR requests. Certain state laws may limit or prohibit this guarantee.

3. Communication

Chroma Credit Restorations methods of communication include email, telephone and fax. Communication will only consist for the purposes of conducting and upholding the services set forth by Chroma Credit Restoration, along with other consumer finance related materials.
